We Export all kind of seeds like all Variety Vegetable seeds, Commercial seeds, Hybrid seeds is customize packing also in loose packing. We have more than 42 Vegetable seeds and 100+ variety in Vegetable seeds. All commercial seeds like Pulses, Cereals seeds, Fiber Crop Seeds also give guidance to Buyer and different tools and Fertilizer and Chemicals.

Our Export Process


01.

Selection of seed from Buyer and provide us Purchase Order (Purchase order format)

After receiving payment in 5 days we Dispatch the Shipment by DHL or Customer’s Shipping Partner Company. In 10 days buyer receive shipment but total we need 31 Days for Shipment because of after confirming the order we take test the seeds like Germination and Moisture test.

We Providing Phytosanitary Certificate need to Make Payment.

On the basis of purchase order we Provide PROFORMA Invoice

03.

Buyer need to provide us IMPORT PERMIT with Additional Requirement from particular Country.

04.

We Proceed Phytosanitary Certificate for that we need 21 Days (If Additional Requirement will be there take more time)

Our Packing Standard


We Provide Seeds in 1 gm, 5 gm, 10 gm, 50 gm, 100 gm, 250 gm, 500 gm and 1 kg packing. Also we can provide in number of seeds pack like 1000 Seeds, 2500 Seeds, 3000 Seeds and 5000 Seeds pack. Our standard packing will be moisture resistant re-closable bags, Aluminum foil Pouch, Zipper bag, Zipper stand up pouch. Each bag is sized for the amount of seed inside and can keep the seed safe year after year with proper storage. But we can provide CAN or TIN packing also loose packing of 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg.

By using these packing material, we are helping to ensure seeds stay at their peak longer and make things easier for you, the grower.

A Phytosanitary Certificate is Required every order of the Seeds Shipped Internationally. Even a single gram of seeds we need Import Permit and we provide Phytosanitary Certification.

Description

A Phytosanitary Certificate is required for all international (outside India) seed orders.

A mandatory charge of $50.00 is the cost of without Additional Declaration.If in Import Permit there will be any Additional Declaration we charge $75 for obtaining certificate. International seed orders cannot be shipped without this Phytosanitary Certificate.

Due to varying Shipping rates and custom regulations, Shipping and Document charges is not same for all international orders. All international shipping is at customer’s risk.

Phytosanitary certificates in Details Explanation

Phytosanitary certificate is an internationally accepted document, the purpose of which is to approve and attest the health of plants moving in international trade and to verify their compliance with phytosanitary requirements of importing countries subject to rules stipulated in the IPPC (International Plant Protection Convention).

Phytosanitary certificates are issued by authorized inspectors of PQIS for plants and plants products which were inspected and found to be in compliance with all requirements of the importing country or on Based of Import Permit.

Phytosanitary certificate duly signed and stamped by PQIS authorized official is a reliable confirmation for consignment being free of injurious plant pests and diseases.

Phytosanitary inspection is outlined by the following attributes
The inspection is carried out by authorized inspectors
Safeguarding of plant's health
Harmonization and transparency of inspection and certification
Issued to all plants and plant products after a thorough inspection
Phytosanitary certificate must contain the following information
Precise details of the exporter, the consignee and the consignment
Means of transport
Botanical name of the plant
Number of packages and their weight
Additional declaration (if applicable)
The exporter is liable that the information is accurate and fully in conformity with the consignment and its destination
Additional declarations

The additional declarations are given specifically by request of an importing country. The AD may refer to mandatory phytosanitary treatments relevant to some plants or to specific statement of the phytosanitary condition of a definite consignment or to verify conformity to prescribed conditions agreed upon between the exporting and the importing countries.

PPIS has a well handled database of Additional Declarations of various importing countries referred to a large array of different plants and provide on-line information to PPIS officials stationed in different export terminals throughout the country.
